![]() It's only an issue for me with running these older games. I run a very tight ship, so I know with sufficient confidence that it isn't malware related. ![]() Basically, I have to start the games twice as they won't load the first time without rundll32.exe running first and then I have to manually end the rundll32.exe process after exiting the game as it loads up my available CPU usage (on a 12 thread 4.2GHz CPU), effectively doing nothing extremely intensely. Oblivion loads up fine on max settings and runs great, only I continue to have problems with rundll32.exe with running these older games on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. ![]() I had everything from Oblivion uninstalled on this computer a while ago (except for my saved games), so I don't think it had anything to do with that. ![]() For some reason the main game file wasn't selected as a default load option when choosing what content to load. I recently picked up the Deluxe Oblivion game on Steam to replace my old CD collection as well. ![]()
